Since mid-November 2020, the AxeoBIM collaborative platform has been equipped with a brand new interface for its "Who/When/What". This brand new and more efficient version has been realized thanks to the feedback and requests of a large number of our customers and partners.
Beyond its new look and its more contemporary ergonomics (which we are progressively applying to the whole application), here are the major evolutions that you will find:
The main new features:
A tabbed approach to get to the point:
- A " What I have to do" tab, which lists the actions you are the recipient of only, in chronological order.
- A " What I asked for " tab that lists the actions that you explicitly requested or that you triggered (for example, following a document submission, you triggered a workflow that requests visas from different people).
- A " Global view " tab that allows you to see all of the above actions, with the addition, depending on your rights (project manager, project leader, or administrator), of the list of actions requested by other members of your team or the entire project.
° Color-coded actions give you their degree of urgency:
- Red = overdue,
- Orange = to be done in the next 7 days,
- Yellow = to be done beyond,
The possibility to create and memorize your most frequent search filters, and to designate one that will be launched by default at the opening of your What-If-What. Of course, each tab has its own filters.
