BIM Manager

He establishes the BIM strategy for the project, in accordance with the BIM objectives of the program and those of the companies. He identifies the tools and sets up the processes to achieve them. He leads all the BIM Coordinators, defines their role and their scope of intervention.

The BIM manager is the guarantor of the achievement of the BIM objectives of the project. He/she reports to the project management any difficulties in the application of the BIM agreement.
